Main Lobby

From the moment you step inside Century Oak, you realize there is a difference.  The atmosphere is open and inviting.  This doesn’t look or feel like a nursing home.  The beautiful furniture, the grand piano and the high-arched ceilings make it look more like the lobby area of a fine hotel.

Century Oak is home for our residents, and we do everything we can to make their surroundings feel like home.

Activity Area

The large activity area located between the main entrance and the dining room is a place where you’ll find residents gathered seven days a week, and often many times a day.  Unlike some other facilities, Century Oak provides activities each and every day of the week including weekends.  Our residents like these activities, so we like providing them all week long.

Dining Room

Our main dining room is large, spacious and elegant.  White linen tablecloths drape each table, and the surroundings give the feeling of a nice restaurant.  There are also large atrium-style windows on both ends of the dining room which look out into the outdoor courtyards.

Special Dining Room

For special occasions like a birthday or holiday, our residents and their loved ones can use our Special Dining room.  It is elegantly appointed and gives your party the privacy you need without having to leave the facility.  This gives everyone the peace of mind of having our expert staff right around the corner.

Lounges

When our residents would like to spend some time outside of their rooms to watch TV, read a book, or spend time with a visitor or other residents, they have various comfortable lounge areas to choose from. Our lounges are bright, spacious and decorated with the same charm that you find throughout Century Oak.

Therapy and Activity Rooms

OOur Physical Therapy and Activity Rooms are among the largest in the area, totaling nearly 1,800 square feet. They are staffed and equipped to get patients back to their previous state of health as quickly as possible We also have a full kitchen for re-training short-term residents the essential living skills they need to be able to function comfortably when they return home.

Resident Rooms

Our resident rooms are warm and comfortable. Each of the rooms are cable TV ready, and have telephones, night stands, and a bathroom (some with full shower).

Nurses Stations

There are multiple nurses’ stations situated throughout Century Oak to ensure that all residents are given timely care.
