For the past fifteen years, Century Oak Care Center’s therapy services have been provided by Rehab Services, Inc (RSI). RSI has provided comprehensive rehabilitation therapy and management services at multiple health care settings for over two decades.
Specifically, RSI has a great deal of experience operating short term rehab units which are located within skilled nursing facilities. The interdisciplinary team approach focuses on the individual with the intent to return home as independent as possible. Discharge planning starts on day 1 with direct family and physician involvement. Specialized programs are in place for medically complex orthopedic, neurological, and pain management clients.
